By using ShiftProof AU, operated by KI-Finance, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

ShiftProof AU provides shift record keeping, wage estimates, tax and super estimates, payslip text extraction, payslip comparison and evidence export tools for Australian workers.

No Legal, Tax Or Employment Advice

ShiftProof AU is an information and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide legal, tax, migration, accounting, payroll or employment advice. Results are estimates based on user inputs, extracted document text and assumptions. You should confirm entitlements with Fair Work, the ATO, your employer or a qualified professional.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for entering accurate shift details, checking extracted payslip values, choosing the correct state, rate, multiplier, allowance and employment type, and deciding whether to rely on any report. The app does not determine whether an employer has breached the law.

Accounts And Security

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your device and account secure. You are responsible for activity connected to your account.

Paid Features

The app may offer free features, pay-per-check credits, check packs or Pro subscriptions. Web purchases may be processed by Stripe. Native app purchases may use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing where required. Prices, inclusions and availability may change with notice where required by law or store policy.

Refunds And Cancellations

Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Web purchase refund requests can be sent tosupport@ki-finance.net. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past periods unless required by law.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, upload unlawful content, interfere with security, scrape the service at scale or use the app to harass another person or business.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShiftProof AU is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost wages, lost profits, employer disputes, tax outcomes or decisions made from estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
