Overview

ShiftProof AU is operated by KI-Finance. It helps Australian workers record shifts, estimate wage-related amounts and compare those estimates with payslip values. This policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used and what choices users have.

Information We Collect

We may collect account details such as email address, display name and app language. If you save records, we may store shift dates, times, rates, allowances, employer names, notes, payslip extraction results, pay periods, gross pay, tax, net pay, superannuation amounts and related evidence text.

Payslip Processing

Where possible, payslip PDF extraction runs locally in your browser or on your device. If cloud OCR or AI processing is added later, the app will disclose that processing before sending document content to a third-party provider.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide wage estimates, payslip comparison, saved history, evidence exports, account support, fraud prevention, security, debugging and product improvement. We do not sell worker payslip data.

Payments

Web payments may be processed by Stripe. App Store and Google Play builds may use Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing where required. Payment processors may collect billing information under their own privacy terms.

Data Storage And Security

Production deployments should use encrypted transport, managed database backups, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so users should avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Your Choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of your account and saved data by contacting support@ki-finance.net. Some records may be retained where required for security, dispute resolution, accounting or legal compliance.

Children

ShiftProof AU is intended for workers and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
